There is no magic age to reach before kids can get adjusted. However, subluxations can occur as early as the birthing process. Babies are often twisted and tugged as they enter the world, which can result in subluxations (or spinal restrictions). Because kids don’t have the years of stress that adults do, they don’t require the same pressure for treatment. On infants, the pressure of 2 fingers applied in the proper direction can eliminate a subluxation. We always do a full evaluation to identify the levels of subluxation before applying treatment.
